Returns & RMA Policy:
All return requests must be submitted to sales@hrgoffroad.com within 14 calendar days
of delivery. Once approved, HRG Offroad will issue an RMA number along with return
instructions. Returns must be shipped within 10 business days of receiving an approved
RMA number.
Return Conditions:
- Custom orders are non-refundable
- Installed products are not eligible for return
- Returned products must be new, unused, and in original sellable condition

Products showing signs of damage due to poor packaging, scratching, painting, or
other modification will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle fitment prior to installation
Return Requirements:
All returns must include:
- A valid RMA number
- Proof of purchase
- Original packaging when possible
Returns received without an approved RMA number may be refused.
Shipping & Refunds:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are
non-refundable and may be deducted from the final refund amount.
All returned products are inspected prior to refund approval. Refunds are issued to the
original payment method after the return has been processed and approved by HRG Offroad.
Products purchased through authorized dealers must be returned through the original
dealer and are subject to that dealer’s return policies.

Warranty Policy:
All HRG Offroad aluminum and steel lift spacers are covered by a Limited Lifetime
Warranty against factory defects in materials and workmanship, excluding coatings,
when used under normal driving conditions on passenger vehicles.
Sway bar end links and camber adjusters are covered by a one (1) year warranty against
manufacturing defects.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who retains ownership of the vehicle
on which the product was originally installed.
At HRG Offroad’s sole discretion, defective products may be repaired, replaced, or
refunded. This decision fully satisfies all warranty claims.
This Warranty Does Not Apply To Products That:
Were improperly installed or not installed by a qualified automotive technician experienced
in suspension installation, have been misused, improperly serviced, modified, altered, or
subjected to abuse, negligence, accident, or collision, are submitted for warranty by
anyone other than the original purchaser, or have been used on a vehicle other than the
one on which they were originally installed.
