Dealer and Wholesale Account Terms and Conditions

Application Process:

Thank you for your interest in becoming an authorized HRG Offroad dealer or installer. To apply, prospective dealers and installers must complete the electronic application and agreement forms through the HRG Offroad dealer platform.Accounts will be reviewed and activated once all required information and supporting documents have been submitted and approved by HRG Offroad.To qualify for tax-exempt purchasing, a valid resale or tax exemption certificate must be submitted during the application process. During registration, applicants will be prompted to provide their business address, website, and company logo for inclusion on the HRG Offroad Authorized Installer Map.

Once all required documents have been approved by HRG Offroad, applicants will receive an email notification confirming account activation and will be able to log in and purchase products at dealer pricing at any time.

Authorized Installer/Dealer Pricing:

Authorized HRG Offroad dealers and installers receive 20% off MSRP/MAP pricing on all HRG Offroad brand products.

Payment Terms:

HRG Offroad accepts credit cards and checks. All orders are prepaid.

Price Changes:

HRG Offroad reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Dealers and installers will be provided with at least one (1) week notice prior to any price changes taking effect on the website.

Dealers/installers may place orders by emailing, calling HRG Offroad directly, or logging into the dealer platform to place orders online.

Shipping Policy:

HRG Offroad ships orders via UPS, USPS, and LTL freight services using HRG Offroad shipping accounts. All HRG Offroad products include free shipping within the lower 48 United States.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. HRG Offroad will select the most efficient shipping method based on order size and destination. HRG Offroad does not offer overnight shipping.

International Shipping:

HRG Offroad ships internationally via USPS, UPS, and other freight carriers where available. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges associated with international shipments.

HRG Offroad does not collect or estimate these fees. Shipments refused due to unpaid customs fees or import charges may be returned to HRG Offroad, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Damage Claims:

Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any damaged shipments, missing items, or package shortages must be reported to HRG Offroad within 7 business days of delivery.

HRG Offroad will review all eligible claims and, when approved, will issue replacement parts, replacement shipments, or account refund at HRG Offroad’s discretion.
