Shipping Policy:
All orders will be sent with HRG Offroad’s preferred freight/shipping company and account. Free
shipping applies to all domestic orders and only to the lower 48 states. HRG will select the
method of shipment on prepaid shipping. Most single kit orders are shipped within 2 business days.
Larger quantities of 10 or more may take longer to assemble and ship. Drop-ship orders are acceptable,
however, HRG does not offer overnight or expedited shipping.
Damage Claims:
Should ordered part(s) be damaged in transit, or delivery is short packages, the customer or its drop-ship
customer must notify HRG within 7 business days of delivery, or the claim may be denied. HRG will
review and confirm timely claims and either issue credit or replace part shortages. Payment deductions by
the customer are NOT allowed and will be charged back to the customer’s account along with any
applicable finance charges for late payment.
Return for Credit:

All return requests must be submitted by email. HRG will issue an RMA number and must appear on the
shipping label, outside of the package, or the Bill of Lading.
- RMAs will not be issued on any order(s) over 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- RMAs are only valid for 30 days from issuance.
- Any goods returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
- All Damaged or used returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Products must be in first-rate sellable condition in original package.
- All returns must be shipped paid by the purchaser.
- All return shipments are required to be packaged appropriately to prevent damage in transit.
- All returns not meeting this section’s requirements or otherwise rightfully rejected and returned freight
collect.
Warranty:
All of our aluminum and steel lift spacers are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. The Warranty
covers the Products against factory defects in material and workmanship, other than coatings, when used
on passenger cars under normal use and operating conditions. These Warranties only apply to the original
purchaser who retains ownership of the vehicle on which the Products were originally installed (the
"Purchaser"). HRG will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the defective product at HRG’s
sole discretion, which shall fully satisfy and discharge any and all warranty claims.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCTS:
That have been Improperly installed or have not been properly installed by a qualified, licensed auto
mechanic experienced in the installation and removal of suspension products; that have been improperly
serviced, that have been misused, or that have been modified, altered or subjected to abuse, negligence,
accident or collision presented for warranty coverage by a person other than the purchaser; or presented
for warranty coverage after being used on a vehicle other than the one on which it was originally
installed.
